This book is a sequel to the poetry book Dear You. It is suggested you read that before reading this.

After I wrote Dear You, I started to learn more about myself and my mental health. This book is regarding the lessons I learnt after writing it out, and realizing that maybe things weren't always in the vision I saw them in. This goes out to those who've seen me for me, and have stayed for me.
