What is the purchasing process like?

Buyer visits your SHOP page:

  1. Click “Buy”
  2. Fill in information (name, email)
  3. Receive an email containing payment link
  4. Complete payment

If what’s purchased is a digital product (file/link):

  • After the payment is successful, the buyer will receive an email containing access link to the purchased digital product.

If what’s purchased is a service, product or other:

  • After the payment is successful, the buyer will receive an email containing your email and social media information, to facilitate further communication with you.
  • Once the buyer receives what was purchased from you, the buyer needs to declare (in his/her SociaBuzz account) that what was purchased has been received, so that the money will be credited to your SociaBuzz earnings and ready to be withdrawn.
