There are two ways to clear the cache.
METHOD ONE
Open the source browser, and in the popup that appears, click “Refresh cache of current page.”

If the first method doesn’t work, try the second method.
SECOND METHOD
Open “Run” (click the Windows logo + R)
Open %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\Cache
Delete all cache files
- If using Streamlabs, change step 2 above to: %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser
